Day 2 of the Switzerland trip. Sorry about the delay in posting these images, they are some of my favourite images that I have taken. After day 1 we travelled the Furkapass once the snow was cleared and stopped at the top, the view is spectacular from all directions. Once over the top you start to make the decent past the Rhone Glacier, the view down valley is fantastic, the road snakes its away down the mountain and across the valley floor towards Brig.
We visited the Matterhorn the day after then made our way towards Austria via Zurich, I will add more images of the Matterhorn in another post. We were heading to Munich for the Oktoberfest but wanted to make it for the end, so a drive through Austria towards Munich was just right.
